It is not the original font file (e.g., TTF, OTF) but is my own original work and compliant with licensing terms. All designs are protected by Intellectual Property Law.

This design file may NOT be:
• Shared, transmitted, copied, transferred, or resold in its original, digital format.
• Altered or converted into other embroidery designs for resale.
• Used to create other digital embroidery files (e.g., individual letters, modified letter sets) for sale or distribution.
• Used to create printed items, heat transfer items, images, graphics, or any other format, digital or otherwise, for sale or distribution.
Specific to Embrilliance StitchArtist 3 Users:
If you own Embrilliance StitchArtist 3 and choose to use the "convert to objects" feature on this font:
• The converted objects are for your personal use or for use in creating finished embroidered items for sale in your home business, as defined in the "LICENSING" section above.
• You MAY NOT use the individual letter objects, or any modifications made to them, to create new digital embroidery font files, individual digital embroidery letter files, or any other digital embroidery design files for sale or free distribution.
• The converted objects, or any derivative works created from them, MAY NOT be shared, transmitted, or distributed digitally in any form.
Files are intended solely for use with an embroidery machine. This item is non-refundable. It is a digital file that will be delivered to the customer via email once payment is confirmed.
